What to send us

• Bug report Include the page URL, what you clicked, and what happened vs what you expected.
• Feature request / new-tool idea Tell us the workflow you wish freshmii covered and what you do today instead.
• Content / documentation feedback Anything inaccurate, missing, or confusing in the tool pages or guides.
• Privacy / policy question Questions about how a specific tool handles data, GDPR / CCPA requests, etc.
• Press / partnership inquiry Brief context about the publication or project; we'll reply if it fits.

What's in scope

Bug reports, feature requests, content corrections, and privacy or policy questions for any Freshmii tool. Press and partnership notes are welcome too; use the category that best matches your message.

Suggestions requiring backend file processing or server-side conversion are out of scope. The product is intentionally built around browser-local processing, so work that needs a private-content upload path does not fit.

Abuse and security reports

For policy, abuse, or security concerns (e.g. you found a way data could leak that the privacy policy doesn't document), describe the issue with reproducible details so we can fix and disclose responsibly.
